Our Approach
Before staging, Staged by George partnered with Maintain Spaces to complete a four-day detailed clean, including carpets, all surfaces, and an exterior pressure wash. This ensured the property felt fresh, bright, and ready for styling.
Our design direction focused on creating inviting, easy-flowing spaces that would connect emotionally with buyers. We softened the open-plan living and dining zones with layered neutrals, textured accents, and natural timbers to enhance light and flow. The kitchen was styled with understated luxury and lifestyle elements, while the upstairs retreat and bedrooms introduced a subtle mix of colour, warmth, and comfort to appeal to families and first-home buyers alike.
The Result
The home sold for $580,000 — exceeding the upper price guide by $45,000.
